When your shoot is finished, your photos go through post-processing to give you the best result. This usually takes between 24 and 72 working hours.

As soon as the final photos are ready, you will receive a download link by e-mail and via your Utopix messaging system from your photographer.

Once you have selected your Utopix service provider, we invite you to pay the amount of the service securely online at Utopix. A 15% Utopix service fee is added to the service amount.

This service fee allows us to continue maintaining and developing Utopix, but also offers you guarantees:

👉 Payment security: we offer you a safe and secure way to pay for your photographer's services. Your service provider is only paid once the visuals have been received and validated by you.

👉 Shooting insurance: in case your photographer is unable to carry out the assignment, we will find you a replacement at the same price and conditions.

Support: our team is there for you in case of doubt or questions during and after the mission of your Utopix provider.

It is not possible to pay by cash or cheque via Utopix and we strongly advise against paying for your photographer’s services by these means.

1 - Start by submitting your free photo or video shoot request. Photographers interested in your photo shoot will send you a price quote with a personalised message. You then have the opportunity to discuss the proposals with your preferred service providers via Utopix’s internal messaging system.

2 - From your customer dashboard you can browse the available profiles in the Utopix network. If you really like one of our professionals, you can send them a message via the Utopix messaging system or send the details of your photo shoot directly to the professional and invite them to make an offer.
