Utopix Pictures SA, a public limited company in Belgian law, with registered office at Rue Emile Francqui 6, 1435 Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium, listed on the Central Enterprise Databank under number BE 0679.670.783 in the register of legal persons within the jurisdiction of the District Court of Brabant Wallon, is responsible for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") which you provide directly to us on our website, utopix.com.

3.1 Data that we collect directly from you
Data may include the personal data that you provide us, including your surname, first name, home address, landline telephone number, mobile telephone number and e-mail address.

We do not sell or disclose in any way the data we collect about you to third parties.
In the delivery of our services, we may be required to subcontract, in whole or in part, some of our tasks to subcontractors who are bound by a contract with us.
Utopix Pictures requires its subcontractors to comply with data protection regulations and that subcontractors provide sufficient guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing meets the requirements of data protection legislation and guarantees the protection of your rights.

Your Rights
7.1 Right of Access
You have the right to consult your data at any time and free of charge, by sending an email to hello@utopix.comor by writing to ourhead office.
7.2 Right of Correction
You have the right to require that incorrect data be corrected and that inappropriate or unnecessary data be deleted by sending an e-mail to hello@utopix.comor by submitting a written request to our head office.
Please note that you are required to verify the accuracy of data that you provide us at all times.
7.3 Right to be forgotten
When you no longer want your data to be processed and deem it appropriate to invoke the right of erasure, we will then remove your data from the Utopix Pictures databases.
Deletion will take place within one month of notification of your application, unless the data must be kept in order to comply with a legal obligation or for recording or identification purposes, or the exercise of a legal defence in court.
7.4 Right to Portability
If necessary, you will also be entitled to the portability of your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.5 Right of Opposition
You have the right to object to any use of your data for prospecting purposes. You may exercise your right of opposition either through automated processes, or alternatively by sending an e-mail to hello@utopix.com.
7.6 Right of Restriction of processing
You also have the right to obtain from Utopix Pictures the restriction of the processing of your data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
ARTICLE 8
Duration of Data Storage
We will keep your data when performing the pre-contractual measures, and, if necessary, for the entire period during which you are a member of Utopix Pictures, plus a period of 5 (five) years from the date of the notification, which you will give us, of your decision to end your membership.
ARTICLE 9
Security
We have developed appropriate technical and organisational security rules to avoid destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorized access, accidental communication to third parties and any other unauthorized processing of the Data.
ARTICLE 10
Responsibility
Utopix Pictures’ liability will be limited to direct damage, excluding any indirect damage. Utopix Pictures shall in no way be held liable for any damages deemed indirect, including, but not limited to, loss of Data, financial or commercial loss, loss of profits, increase in overheads, disruption to planning.
Utopix Pictures accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by unlawful manipulation by third parties of the data (e.g. data theft, viruses, phishing or other computer offences).
Should Utopix Pictures be held liable, liability shall be limited to the value of your annual contribution.
We would also like to inform you that links to the utopix.comwebsite may contain hypertext links and other references to websites that we do not manage and control and to which these provisions are not applicable. We are not responsible for the content of the websites or the promotions, products and services that theyoffer. We therefore recommend that you read carefully the privacy rules of each website you visit, as those rules may differ from these.

Disputes
If you believe that we do not comply with any of our legal and/or contractual obligations, we recommend that you contact us by email at hello@utopix.com. We will do our utmost to answer your questions.
Any complaint, claim or grievance should be addressed to the business premises of Utopix Pictures.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These provisions shall be governed by, interpreted and implemented in accordance with Belgian law, the sole applicable law, in the event of a dispute.
Any dispute which has not been settled amicably within a period not exceeding one month from its occurrence, which may be extended by mutual agreement, may be brought by the most diligent party before the Courts of the Belgian Judicial District with relevant jurisdiction.

Effective Date
This policy was created and comes into force on 1 October 2017. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove sections of this policy at any time.
